1About this Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to the Vijaylaxmi Structural Suite are billed, how you can cancel, and when refunds are and are not available. It applies to the Service operated by Mandira Engineering, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Nijroop Reddy, based in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use & Disclaimer (see Clause 9 of the Terms).
2Subscription and billing
Access to the M1 Isolated Footing tool is offered on a subscription basis at ₹299 per month (or such other price as we may publish from time to time, and any promotional price stated at the time you subscribe). Billing is monthly, and fees are payable in advance for the upcoming month.
By subscribing, you authorise us, through our payment provider, to charge the applicable fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
3Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel, we stop all future billing. Your access to the Service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which it ends. Cancelling part-way through a paid month does not shorten your access for that month — you keep it until the month you paid for runs out.
4Refunds for unused time
Because subscriptions are billed monthly and paid in advance, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rata or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after you cancel. Instead, you keep full access until the end of that paid period, as described in Clause 3.
5Refunds for genuine billing errors
We will refund payments in genuine billing-error situations, including where:
- you were charged more than once for the same billing period (a duplicate charge);
- you were charged after you had already cancelled your subscription; or
- a verifiable technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the Service for the entire paid period, and we were unable to resolve it.
In these cases, the incorrectly charged amount will be refunded to you. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us as set out in Clause 6 and we will review and resolve it promptly.
6How to request a refund
To request a refund for a billing error, email us at nijroop418@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, including:
- your registered name and account email;
- the date and amount of the charge; and
- a short description of the issue (for example, “charged twice on the same date”).
This helps us locate the payment quickly and resolve your request.
7How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the charge, through our payment provider. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown above. Your continued use of the Service after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

10Governing law
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India.
